Today, Innovation is one of the main issues in Europe and in the EU. Sound Around AB is working with EU-funding (Framework Programme), covering patent issues and being a Swedish correspondent to an International Invention Fair (the Geneva Fair). Torbjörn Larsson, Sound Around AB, was the author to a chapter in an Official Swedish Investigation on the "Innovation System of Sweden" (1999). Torbjörn Larsson has also written an attachement on "Patent infringement matters", which was a part of an investigation made by Vinnova (2003) (also an assignment from the Swedish Government). The process of innovation is sometimes very much of a loosely managed chaos and could be well illustrated with this picture. Now and then the development will take new turns due to coincidences and chances never thought of and it is necessary to be able to response to new challenges.
